Owned by Poggioreale descendant AJ Tusa and his wife, Anna, the Briquette offers a delectable dinner including: Starter - Seafood Gumbo, Main Course - Choice of Blackened Redfish, Lamb Shank Puttanesca, or Pasta Briquette, along with their famous Bread Pudding Peignets.
